What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, contact number, learners licence number, licence expiry date , state of issue, communications)  comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details stored.

How do we collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, licence number, expiry date of licence .Your personal information will be used for training purposes only & is kept on our record up to 12months. your personnel details and training records are kept on our records up to 12months and are available for auditing purposes only  to the Access Canberra audit department. your information is stored physically and electronically onto a memory drive. 

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide training and assessments.

  2. To provide our learners with ongoing learning assistance and support;

  3. To be able to contact our learners and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with laws and regulations of Act road transport authority 

  6. training and personnel information's is recorded for auditing purposes when requested  by ADI AUDITORS.

Payment policy when providing a service

  • All payments must be received in advance .

  • Once the payment is received in full confirmation of payment  and receipt is emailed to recipients provided email address. 

  • All  payment are due and processed before commencing any lessons.   

  • Once payment is confirmed we will contact you within one business day to schedule your lessons. ​

  • All prepaid services are valid for a period of 24 months.  All lesson credits will remain in your account for this period.

Refund / Cancellation /Complaint Handling Policy when providing a service

  • All cancellations  will be processed  within 14 days from the date of notice and $25 admiration fee may apply to all refund requests.

  • If you are unhappy with our services please  call us and we will try our best to rectify any issues.

  •  If a product or service you bought  fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. all refund requests will depend on following factors

  • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used

  • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
